Top Comment: Ray is still listed on Orient site as of today, nothing mentioned there that I can see about it being discontinued but maybe you know something we don't though? Lume works for me or I'd get up in middle of night if not for my watch saying it's ok to sleep yet. I do get up around 4am and it's still very useable with my dark adapted eyes so about 6 hours since last exposure to light, ymmv. We each have our opinions on watches, and there's a lot of them but here imo I can't think of a better all around automatic diver at the price these sell for and that places it's value it pretty high to me.

Like the title says, I will be taking this Orient Ray II with me on my second deployment. (Please don’t ask details on where I am going and how long I will be gone etc.). It may not be the most expensive, or pretty watch but it is durable and keeps decent time. I bought this watch a while back because it reminded me of the watch used in the Arma III game. I was more than happy with it and it’s become my daily wear piece. If anyone is looking for an affordable nice looking automatic watch, I highly recommend this one.

After lots of considerations and comparisons between a ray 2 and a Seiko 5, i finally decided to purchase myself an orient ray 2. Here in India, we don't have Orient retailers, so had to ask friend of mine to get it from Singapore, after 3 months of waiting for him to come back to India, yesterday I received this watch in my hand, i was so excited that I had already purchased this nato strap online even before the watch could reach me. The blue dial of the watch is amazing, it's versatile, the lume is on another level. I was so excited when I recieved this watch that i did not have proper sleep last night, instead kept staring at the lume of the dial all night long.

Game was running pretty great during the beginning mission, was around 110-120 fps on very high with dlss on. I knew the real test would be when I went outside, and alas, I literally lost half my frames.
The lengths that I went to in order to secure a 3080 don't justify me getting sub 60 fps@1440p. You would think they'd also have a driver update for a game they bundled in a promotion, I honestly don't get it...
EDIT: Changed to Dx11 and have seen a significant improvement, +20 FPS increase minimum and haven’t even seen below 60 yet. Frames are still all over the place overall but I’ve gotten much better performance with the switch.
Every time I watch Ray Milland's films, I can't help but think he looks remarkably like James Stewart.

Top Comment: Ray has such terrific screen presence. Despite the similarities in looks with Jimmy, he had his own unique charm on screen.
